About Chris Kerwin
Who Am I?
I am a coach, leadership expert, strategy consultant and facilitator. I work with individuals and corporate clients, helping people and teams deliver change, whether that be personal or organisational. I believe in the power of bringing people together to solve problems, get ‘unstuck’ and drive transformation. We can achieve whatever we want if we are supported, are asked the right questions and can freely discuss all the options.
I am proud to have embraced a career change myself, moving to focus on supporting people and organisations rather than leadership roles in my mid-40s. Prior to this, I had a long career working in strategy and media leadership, running some of the UK’s best known publishing brands including BBC Good Food, BBC Gardeners' World, The Gadget Show, T3, Decanter and Country Life. I have worked in senior roles for the BBC, Channel 5, Immediate Media and Future Publishing.

I support clients in developing new strategies and embedding those strategies within their teams.
Team and Leadership Development

Individual and Group Coaching
I offer Executive, Leadership and Life Coaching to help clients to be the best version of themselves and to move forwards in their lives.
I have a specific interest in and experience of supporting LGBTQIA+ clients.
