We use a number of tools and models to help build knowledge and understanding with our clients, which may include the TILT profile tool, Wheel of Anything, Goleman Leadership Styles, Strengths Identification, 50 Values, Lencioni, Tuckman and Compassionate Candour.
We always build a lot of time for discussion, reflection and practice into our programmes, allowing teams the space to learn and grow together.
We recommend group or individual coaching as a support to the more formal modules, with the aim of embedding the desired leadership behaviours into a team to drive lasting change and growth.
Finally, we want the learning experience to be relaxed and fun, with lots of laughter. Our aim is to provide a safe space for teams to experiment, try new things, sometimes fail, but always learn and grow.
