Background
I started my career working in in-house strategy roles for NatWest Group and BBC Worldwide and have always made the creation of ambitious strategies the centrepiece of my leadership roles in media. I have driven significant digital transformation across a wide range of famous media brands, underpinned by the articulation of clear, comprehensive and stretching strategies. Getting team buy-in to these strategies has always been central to successful delivery.
