Background
I began my career in in-house strategy roles at NatWest Group and BBC Worldwide, where I have consistently placed the creation of ambitious strategies at the core of my leadership roles in media. I have successfully driven significant digital transformation across a diverse array of renowned media brands, supported by the development of clear, comprehensive, and stretching strategies. Ensuring team motivation and buy-in to these strategies has always been essential for successful delivery.
